Harmony Yoga School is the creation of 3 passionate yoga teachers – Fei, Olivia, & Silvia.
Fei Fei – E-RYT 500, YACEP, Forrest Yoga Certified
Fei started practicing yoga since 2005 as a way to heal her body that suffered various injuries from the time she was a basketball athlete. To Fei yoga is all about self & body awareness, with health as an additional bonus. Fei specializes in yoga asana & therapy, she believes that when we move with understanding and awareness, all poses are theurapeutical.
Fei begin teaching yoga in 2007. Currently Fei teaches at her own yoga studio, Fei’s Place, in Sentul, Bogor.
Some of Fei’s yoga teacher training are from Yoga Leaf Indonesia (200hr), Byron Yoga Australia (300hr), Anusara (100hr), and many other workshops & trainings. Fei is also certified as a Forrest Yoga Teacher.
Olivia Sutantyo – E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP
Olivia started practicing yoga in 2010. In 2014 she began to deepen her yoga practice through trainings & workshops with various international yoga teachers. Olivia trained with Byron Yoga Australia (200hr) and Denise Payne Yoga USA (300hr) and is certified as E-RYT 200, RYT 500.
For Olivia, yoga is not just physical practice, but also a spiritual practice, as a way to become a better person and learn to live a happy & peaceful life.
Her passion of sharing yoga leads her to open Live Yoga Studio at her hometown Solo. Live Yoga Studio is a space for yoga teachers to share the happiness and goodness of yoga to others.
Silvia Hendarta – Diploma of Yoga, E-RYT 500, Viniyoga Teacher Trainer
Silvia considers herself as “always a student of yoga, sometimes a teacher.”
Silvia started practicing yoga in 2005 as a way to manage stress from her corporate life, and began teaching yoga in 2013. Her yoga study includes education from Satyananda Yoga Academy (Bihar School of Yoga), FitnessFirst Asia Flow Yoga, Byron Yoga Australia, and many more. She is currently continuing her yoga study with Krishnamacharya Healing & Yoga Foundation, Chennai.
Silvia is especially interested in yoga in relation to spirituality, philosophy, and therapy.
In her yoga sessions she invites her student to discover harmony of the body, mind, and soul, through movement, breath, and stillness, so that the positive effects of yoga is not only felt and experienced on the mat, but also in daily life outside the mat.
